Finished another job at Atlas Restaurant Supply in Ft. Wayne using a metal restoration system on a standing seam metal roof, giving the owner a 15 year leak free warranty. Before and after pictures.

Finished a 53,000 square foot job in Montpelier, removing stone ballasted rubber roof and installing a new roof with new ISO board, which added 8.7 R-value and then a PVC single ply membrane, giving the owners a 25 year warrantied leak free roof.

Completed a 55,000 square foot roof at Messenger in Auburn. Installed a tapered ISO board system to help drain the standing water. Then we installed a 60 Mil PVC, single-ply roof giving the owner peace of mind with a 25 year leak proof, transferrable warranty.

Removed a layer of rubber roof and rotted decking and then Put down a new deck and then 3 layers of spray foam, with a 10.5 R value, giving the owner a warrantied 20 year leak free roof.

A partial roof tear off of multiple layers of asphalt and rubber, down to the metal deck in Butler. Eicher Roofing Solutions LLC then replaced 200 square feet of rotted metal deck and put down 3 inches of Iso board, which gives an R value of 17.4, with a PVC membrane.
